Returns Guide

We want you to feel completely comfortable in your maternity swimwear.
If something doesn't fit, you can, of course, return your order.

To handle returns fairly and sustainably, we differentiate between three conditions:

✅ A-Return (accepted)

Products in perfect, unworn condition

• unworn and unwashed

• no stains, make-up marks, or odors

• all labels and hygiene protection present

• original packaging complete

👉 Only A-Returns can be refunded

⚠️ B-Return (not accepted)

Products with slight signs of wear

• e.g., make-up residue, deodorant marks, or slight odors

• missing or damaged labels

• minimal signs of use

👉 These items cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

❌ C-Return (not accepted)

Products in heavily used or damaged condition

• worn, washed, or damaged

• stains, odors, or wear and tear

• hygiene protection removed

👉 These items will also not be refunded and will be returned to you.

🔁 How your return works

1. Register your return within 14 days of receipt

2. Send the goods back to us well-packaged

3. After inspection (A-Return), we will refund the amount

💛 Important

Maternity swimwear is a sensitive product with direct skin contact.
We therefore ask you to only try on the items with underwear.
