Returns Guide
We want you to feel completely comfortable in your maternity swimwear.
If something doesn't fit, you can, of course, return your order within 14 days.
As a small, sustainable start-up, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs.
To ensure we handle returns fairly and sustainably, we differentiate between three conditions:
✅ A-Return (accepted)
Products in perfect, unworn condition

unworn and unwashed

no stains, make-up marks, or odors

all labels and hygiene protection intact

original packaging complete
👉 Only A-returns can be refunded
⚠️ B-Return (not accepted)
Products with slight signs of wear

e.g. make-up residue, deodorant marks, or slight odors

missing or damaged labels

minimal signs of use
👉 These items cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
❌ C-Return (not accepted)
Products in heavily used or damaged condition

worn, washed, or damaged

stains, odors, or wear and tear

hygiene protection removed
👉 These items will also not be refunded and will be returned to you.

Maternity swimwear is a sensitive product with direct skin contact.
Therefore, we ask you to try on items exclusively with underwear.
